How to Import Bookmarks From Chrome to Edge

Quick Tips
  • Bookmarks on Chrome (and many other browsers) are websites you save to visit again — you should know that on Microsoft Edge, these are called Favorites.
  • You can access Favorites by using the three dots icon in the top right corner of any Edge browser window.
  • Use the Import Favorites option to import bookmarks into Edge from other browsers, including Google Chrome.

Bookmarks are a great way to save sites you visit all the time or to link back to something you want to read later. However, when you swap between internet browsers, for example, from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge, your bookmarks aren’t automatically available. This leaves you having to manually search for your favorite sites and content, which takes up valuable time. Thankfully, it’s simple to import bookmarks into Edge from many other browsers. Here’s a quick guide on how to import bookmarks into Edge from Chrome so you can use both browsers as needed.
